If you are interested in bats and their conservation then the BCT website is definitely the place for you. The site is a great resource for bat enthusiasts of all ages and contains a huge amount of information form the basics of bat biology right through to the advanced techniques of bat monitoring and management.

In addition to vast amounts of information about British bats, the BCT website includes an array of other great features on bat related issues. These features include guidance on bat law, bat news and events, a bat discussion forum, bat training opportunities, a Bat Kids area (for the younger audience) and a shop that sells everything from bat souvenirs to monitoring equipment.

Plus, if you really want to get involved in the efforts to conserve British bats you can sign up to help the BCT's National Bat Monitoring Programme. The BCT's Help Us Count Bats site has online training and all the registration information you need to get involved.
